1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using refinishblueprint.com (the "Site") and purchasing our digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or its materials.
2. Digital License & Use Restrictions
Upon purchase, Refinish Blueprint grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our proprietary business systems, including but not limited to:
Operational Templates: Training manuals, scripts, and ROI calculators.
Software Assets: Airtable bases, Make.com blueprints, and website templates.
You are strictly prohibited from:
Reselling, sub-licensing, or distributing any materials as a standalone product or competing "business-in-a-box" service.
Sharing your login credentials with third parties.
3. The "Territory Lock" Policy
If your plan includes a Territory Lock, Refinish Blueprint agrees not to license the same specific business model to another entrepreneur within your defined geographic area for the duration of your active subscription.
Maintenance: To maintain a Territory Lock, your account must remain in good standing.
Expiration: If a subscription is canceled or a payment fails for more than 14 days, the Territory Lock is voided and may be sold to another party.
4. The "Modular Stack" & Third-Party Services
The Refinish Blueprint system utilizes a "modular stack" (e.g., Airtable, Make.com, Hostinger).
User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining and paying for your own accounts with these third-party providers.
No Liability: Refinish Blueprint is not responsible for service outages, data loss, or API changes initiated by these third-party platforms.
5. Earnings & Performance Disclaimer
We provide the tools and framework for a kitchen refinishing business, but success is not guaranteed.
Individual Results: Your results depend on your local market, execution, and effort.
Not Financial Advice: Our ROI calculators and financial projections are illustrative tools only and do not constitute a guarantee of profit.
6. Fees and Payments
Performance-Based Fees: If your agreement includes performance-based incentives or commissions, these will be tracked and billed according to the specific schedule outlined at checkout.
Failed Payments: We reserve the right to suspend access to the digital dashboard and automated systems if payments are overdue.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refinish Blueprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the system or your inability to successfully launch a business.
8. Governing Law
