Returns & Refunds policy
1. Digital Content Finality
Due to the nature of digital products, which are delivered via instant download or online access, all sales of the Refinish Blueprint digital system are generally final and non-refundable.
Once access to the proprietary training, CRM templates, or "Territory Lock" systems is granted, the value of the intellectual property has been delivered and cannot be "returned."
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following strict circumstances:
Non-Delivery of Service: If you have paid but have not received login credentials or access to the digital dashboard within 48 hours, and our support team cannot resolve the technical barrier.
Technical Inaccessibility: If a verified technical error on our part makes the digital service completely inaccessible for more than 14 consecutive days.
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital package twice, a refund for the second transaction will be issued.
3. Performance & Results Disclaimer
Refinish Blueprint provides the tools, calculators, and systems to start a business, but it does not guarantee specific financial outcomes.
No "Change of Mind" Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for changes in personal business strategy, lack of time to implement the system, or subjective dissatisfaction with design aesthetics.
Implementation Required: We do not offer refunds based on a lack of results if the user has not actively utilized the provided tools or followed the system's operational guidelines.
4. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you meet the eligibility criteria above, you must submit a formal request:
Window: Within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Submission: Email [Contact Email] with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name]."
Details: Include your transaction ID and a detailed explanation of the technical issue or non-delivery.
5. Processing
Review: Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days.
Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., Stripe, credit card).
Access Revocation: Upon approval of a refund, all access to the Refinish Blueprint dashboard, community, and licensed materials will be immediately service
